How can I help you?

I have 30 years of experience building and deploying Learning and Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, and Executive Coaching programs in a variety of industries including Media, Entertainment, PR, Banking, Retail, Logistics, Non-Profit, and Professional Services. With certifications in eight Psychometric assessments and a Results-Based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute, I am uniquely qualified to understand executives’ needs and support them in driving improved performance.

In my career, I built multiple programs that help leaders discover their strengths and developmental areas through Executive assessments and 360 feedback. This work included offsites designed to help leaders create strategy, programs with their teams to drive overall effectiveness and productivity, and individual Executive Coaching that focuses on their own obstacles to performance and the success factors that will ensure they achieve their true potential.

A little bit more about me

Learning and Leadership development was my first love and I have been responsible for creating training strategy, design, and delivery since 1991. I am a certified Instructional Designer and can build, or build on, any programs you need, and hold certifications in multiple psychometric assessments that can be used to design and drive leadership and team success.

I led Talent Management and Organizational Development functions where I worked directly with C-Suite executives to build and deploy multi-year strategies that supported the business results needed for companies to succeed in the long term. I have also managed communications and engagement functions and can help build and sustain culture change and increase your company’s retention and productivity.

No matter where I work, my jobs have had one goal: To unlock individual, team, and organizational potential to drive business results. I understand that no two companies are the same and will customize programs to fit your needs; no one size fits all strategy here!
